I think that that guys is very strong and tries really tried because if you have no arms or legs than you have to keep trying and not give up. When I take the Ohio Achievement Test I an going to be like that guy and not give up not even how hard it is.

I know whenever I fail I will always try again. Whenever I fall I will always get back up. What I'm trying to say is I will never give up,I will always try again. I think whenever someone fails they should always try again and never give up and whenever they fall they should always get back up. Nobody should give up they should always try again. That's a fact in life, never give up and always try again. You will never get anywhere in life if you give up.You should always try your best and never give up on yourself.

This is a very motivational video. This is a really great for people who think "Oh I can't do it,I can't do it. I've failed 20 times I'm just going to give up." so they know that even if you try 1 million times to Never,Ever Give Up.

That video was really awesome and he is also really really funny to. I could't believe my eyes when he fell down. I was really surprised that he could get up by him self and he did it. That guy is talented because I don't think I could ever do that. If I fell down like he did I would need help getting up.

Gabrielle said...

I feel bad for that guy, but he is right. I think he is very strong. No one else could do that. But he did. I think it is amazing for a person with no arms or legs to give a speech like that. It is truly amazing. Yea we go through rough times, sad times, good times, and times we wish never would have happened but yet we still can try to do our best! Like on the OAA. You can try over and over again and fail. You might feel like giving up,but just when you think you can't do it anymore, push harder. Don't let anything get in your way. Keep on going. That's what I think the video is trying to tell us. Maybe just when you push harder, you will ace it!

When I watched this video I now realize that one person can do allot. I think that I can keep trying I will succeed at what I an trying to do. Just like he said when you fall get right back up and I have been in that kind of situation before. I fought right through it. I bet you that every one can motivate them selves so they will succeed and move on in there life. Everyone will run in to something that they don't want to but, It's in everyone's daily lives. When someone watches this i hope they will do the same just like I am going to starting to so I can achieve something in life. I hope everyone else does too. :)

Wow! I think that that was one of the best videos I have ever seen. I love how he has a since of humor about it and never lets the fact that he has no arms and legs get in the way of him succeeding in life and never lets it get in the way of him following his dreams. Just because you are different doesn't mean you should get treated different. I also love the message he gives at the end of the video. "If you try a hundred times to get up and don't succeed and just give up are you ever going to get up?"

Kaitlin said...

I would not run out of hope I would keep trying to get back up again. I may fall hundreds of time but if I quit trying to get up and I have no hope your just going to sit there alone. on my OAA,s that I am going to be taking. I am going to try hundreds of time even I thank I cant do it. Even if there is no hope left. If you give up on something what is that going to do "NOTHING" so we cant give. We should never give up ever!

That is an amazing video. It inspires me to do my best. That guy has no arms or legs and can do amazing things. He is a very inspiring person. Just to now that he can inspire people by falling down and getting back up. It amazes me that some one who has so much less then everyone else yet can be such an amazing person.

For me I think this man has gone through a lot in his life, but when he gave this speech it seems that he has never given up. After I watched this video I made me feel like I could do anything as long as I had tried and never gave up. When other people watch this they may feel the same way.
I think Mr.McGuire put this on the Reading Work Shop because he wants us to work hard on the OAA, and so we would be confident for what we had chosen so we wouldn't struggle and take too long on the test or just one question.

Brianna said...

For me after watching this video, After he give that speech it seems like he never gives up, It made me think that, I can do anything If I try, don't give up after the first time, do it again and again, try your best, work for what you want. After watching, and listening to his speech now, I'm more confident about the OAA.

Brittany M. said...

I love this video it tells me when I'm down and alone to get back up and try again. The reason that I'm saying to get back up and try again is because the guy that was in this video had no legs and no arms and he still got back up and tried again.

Taneshia said...

I love this video but it was sad it tells us about people who have no arms and no legs:(. This should be a good influence on people who smoke this could happen to them. yea we go through good times , bad times , times we wish had never happened but yet we still can try to do our best!

Mackenzie said...

That guy was really awesome and he was also really really funny. I could'n believe it at all. When he fell down I did't think he could get back but he did and I could just not believe my eyes but he got up by him self and it was really really amazing. If I was him I could not do all of that by my self and if I fell down like him I would haft to have some one help me up.

Cierra C. said...

I love that he is so committed and is not afraid to face what comes his way. In his speech I think that he is trying to say that you should never give up and that if you fail that it's all right we all do so just try again. Just because you are small its okay you'll be fine and that's what makes you you and don't let any one change that. It just makes you think that you should never give up because if you do give up you will never be able to succeed and if you don't give up you can succeed.

damions5555 said...

I watched the video and I could not believe what he could do. He has a point about when you fall down and you try and try to get up but you can't.

Connor said...

That is probably one of the best motivation video's ever. Makes me fell sorry for the guy. You know if he can get up off the ground than I should be able to pass the OAA test at the end of each year. If he can get up off the round with no legs or arms than that just means that I can do anything if you don't give up. Again this is the best motivation video ever.

Sidney D. said...

This video is sad. But that little man never gave up. He said as long as you try you will succeed. I think Mr. McGuire wants us to learn from this that we can succeed on the OAA and we can get through it. I honestly believe this i did something like this. I was 8 and was learning how to ride a bike. I crashed a couple times but I got back on the bike and learned how to ride. I think other people can learn from this little man.

Heavyn said...

I think that he is proving that it is possible. He is saying that you should never give up on something that is hard to do. I think the video is kinda comparing to the OAA because he is saying never give up on what is hard like the OAA it is going to be really hard but don't ever give up on it just because it is hard and you don't know a question. That is what I think the video is about.

Mason said...

This video is very sad. But when you think about it it was just a sign to get up and try again. I think that Mr.Mcguire put it on there so we can be told to work our hardest on anything and break through everything that stands in are way! I think with no legs or arms he has been through a lot. If he can succeed I am sure we all can succeed at anything we do!!

Cody said...

This is a very motivational video.I feel bad about that guy cause I don't know what I would do with out my arms and legs. The guy is right. If you want too succeed you have too keep trying and trying till you finally do what you have been trying too accomplish. But if you do give up you will never succeed what you have been trying too accomplish. Never give up, keep trying, that is what the video was about.

Jakob said...

The video is motivated because he shows that when you fail and fail all ways try harder every second of your life. Life's is full of mistakes so don't be afraid to mess up and try not to make mistakes because you will. This is a great video he has the perfect speech and example of not giving up. So now I feel that I can do any thing. Try my hardest to do what it takes to pass the OAA.

To do what it takes and not give up is not hard you can fail at anything but you could practice to get better and study.

Hailey said...

When I fail I never give up. When I am doing something like taking an OAA test I always tell myself that"I know I can do this" because if I would say " I can't do this" and give up I know I wouldn't be able to.

Also I know this because at one of my softball games I was up to bat and in my head I kept telling myself that "I wasn't going to hit the ball" and you know what I struck out, but when I tell myself that "I know I'm going to hit the ball" I usually do.

Also when I'm taking tests if I don't do to good I don't give up I just keep trying. I always put forth my best effort on tests. You can't give up because of a mistake all that matters is you tried just never give up.

Even if I fail I won't give up no matter what, because I've learned that you can't always succeed at everything you do. If you want to succeed you have to try and you can't give up if you don't pass a test or even strike out in softball.

So take my advice and don't give up no matter what. Always try and don't give up just because you fail the first time. Just try again!

After watching this video I feel very confident about a lot of things now. Also I may not be the strongest in school but if you try really hard and never give up I think I will grow stronger and never give up.

This video really made me think. About really just life and whatever I want to do. I have to never give up on it. If I want something in my life and I fall I know now not to just leave it and find something else, I have to work hard for it and never give up on anything.

School has never been easy for me and I'm being honest and I have to keep reminding myself to never give up and keep trying and one day I be the best to my abilities.

Hunter said...

What I think about the guy on the video is that it is amazing that he could do that. But after seeing that video I think everybody can pass the OAA. Because if somebody can get up by there self with no arms or legs I think everybody can pass the OAA test.

Another thing is that if you get stuck on a question you have to keep trying like how the guy was talking about. If you give up on the OAA you will probably fail the test if you think you are going to fail the test.

Sydney said...

This video is really sad. That guy knows you have to keep trying and you will succeed happily and proudly. (:

Are OAA's are coming up next week and i'm nervous and scared. I don't know if i'll pass or not but like that guy said you just got to keep trying and don't give up. You never give up because then you wont succeed at all. When you don't succeed you wont be happy. You got to be strong and learn that you will fail if you don't try and when you don't try you don't succeed.

Autumn said...

I think whats really motivated about this video is the fact that he didn't give up. I think that if he can get up with out no arms or legs. Well then why can't other people get up when they fall? I have fell be for and didn't think I could get back up. But almost every time I got back up.

Kami said...

That guy was really awesome. He was funny too. But if he could get up off the ground with no arms and no legs, it makes me feel like I can do the O.A.A and anything I put my mind to. From now on til' the end of time, I WILL never give up. I WILL succeed in my problems. When he gets up, remember that you can do anything you want to. I will put forth my effort. I will always try and try again. Even if you or I fail once, try again and again. I have a small connection with the guy. I fell off of a 16 foot ditch right beside the road on my bike. One thing was it hurt alot and I blacked out, I kept trying to get up and finally the 7th time I tried to get up, I got up. The second thing is right at that moment, I felt like giving up bike riding forever. But just a week ago, I rode my bike and I felt proud of myself. So people, never give up. You will never succeed in life if you quit. Try again! Never give up!

Abby said...

That guy set an example for me. When I take the OAA I know not to give up. I need to just keep tying. I will not give up. I will use those 2 and a half hours. I will try my very hardest on that test.

I would probably be grounded and I would probably be going to to summer school.

But to succeed you have to be able to try and if you won't try then you won't succeed.

This video is really motivating. It is crazy that he can stand up with no limbs. I dont like the OAA. I never thought I could pass. But he shows me that I can. I should never give up. I feel bad for him because he has no limbs but I mean he stands up on his own. But that's because he never gives up. No matter what he can do what ever he wants. Because of his courage and strength. He has shown me that if I try and work hard I can do anything. I will pass the OAA. No matter what. This is probley one of the greatest motavation videos for kids.

Maci said...

I am here to talk to you about motivation. Motivation is when you never give up. If I fall I will never give up. I will always try my hardest to achieve my goals. Never give up like the guy in the video he never gave up. Even though he didn't have arms or legs he got back up when he fell.

His speech was amazing I mean I never really take a moment and hear a speech like that. I never hardly even stop to think about motivation I mean usually I am always to busy.

I really should stop and think about motivation more often, because motivation can help you get through a lot of troubles. It encourages you to never give up.

When we take the OAA test this Tuesday and Thursday I will spend the whole two and a half hours on it. Just checking it. I will do what ever I can to help me pass the OAA. I know I can do it motivation will help me through it. I also need to be confident in my self.

I will use all my strategies that I have learned through out the whole year. I will try my hardest. I will give my best work the whole time I've got. I will not stop taking the test until the teacher says times up.

Motivation means everything to me. It helps me through my nervous times. When ever you fall down get right back up or you will never get up again like the guy said. You have to be willing to do your best or you will never succeed in life. you will never be able to reach your goals in life. If you want to accomplish your goals in life you have to have motivation you also have to be confident in yourself.

Like my mom always says if u say you can't do something you won't be able to accomplish it but if you say you can do it then you will be able to accomplish it.

Dalef5555 said...

Motivation. What exactly is motivation? Is it getting up and moving, or is it the will to just keep going and going until you are satisfied. It is the will to just keep going and going until you are satisfied. So during the test don't stop just keep working at it and working at it. If you get stuck on something keep going at some point you will get the answer. So when you get in a situation just use you're motivation.

I watched this video today and thought about it. I heard this guy's story about hard work and trying again and again. I work hard and keep trying. But I think I should do even more. I think I should work very, very hard and keep on trying again and again. This is a great story to be told.

This video inspired me a lot. It inspired me to good in life and in this OAA teat the six grade students are have to do for the stat to see how well the students are doing in that school. This video was very good and inspiring.

This video was amazing. I felt sorry for him, having no legs or arms. It must be hard to get around. He was cool and funny. He was also determined to never give up. When he fell down he stated that if I try 100 times and give up then I would never be able to get up. If I have a positive attitude and believe in my self I know I could pass the OAA test.

Makaila said...

I feel like that was a good thing to do and I feel bad for him because he lost his arms and legs. It does not matter to me what happened. Also this is good for people who think I cant do it and stuff like that. Also if he falls he gets back up like its nothing. So he is right he is strong.

Matt said...

I loved it, I will have this as a reminder every time I wont to give up. That guy will inspire me my entire life. The OAA is nothing compared to that guy's life.

After I have watch this video i'm very confident to complete the OAA so that I can be a success 6th grader.

The video was very expiring to see because his motivation to get back up and complete the task was the most outstanding and motivated thing I have ever seen.
As i take the OAA i'll remember this video I will just keep trying and never give up no madder what the circumstances.

That man in the video has a lot of courage to be able to get up on stage and show his disability but also be able to laugh about it. I never thought I would have the courage to get on stage and now I've gotten on stage 5 or 6 times!

At first I was a bit shaky and going out in front (at that time)a director who has had a life time experience with acting and has directed more plays than I can count! I go up on stage, palms sweating and I start to say my monologue. I didn't know if I was doing good or if the director had just noticed the most terrible thing on the planet. I get off stage and she smiles at me. She asked me if that was the first time I had ever acted. I wanted to tell her that I had done a little acting but instead I went and told her that I have never got on a stage before. I also told her that I was in dance and I've been on stage for that just not acting. The director started to laugh and my hands started to sweat again. She said I was amazing and that she had never seen such a good act from a girl so young. Now I can get on stage and do anything as long as I remember that day.

I thought this video was very motivational. It helps me realize to never give up. I helps me to keep trying. I helps me to know that when I fall down, I can try and try again to get back up.

I hope that other people will never give up. I hope that other people will get back up when they fall down. If they give up they will never get back up. I wish that man with no arms or legs will be doing all right

Megan said...

I think that Nick Vujicic is a very inspiring person, even though he doesn't have any limbs you can tell he still lives his life like a regular person. This video really inspired me to accomplish even the hardest things in life. I almost cried at this video too! It's just so amazing to see someone in his condition do the impossible.

I think that motivation is a very important thing for everything you do in life, even the simple things. Without it, why would we do anything? You have to have a point in doing something.

I think I am motivated for the OAA because I am really setting my mind to it and I a going to try my hardest. I really hope that everybody else has the same motivation that I do. Just remember in life if something goes wrong, don't ever give up.

Luke W. said...

When I fall, I always try to pick myself back up. No matter how hard it is to do, if I keep trying I always get it. This video is just an amazing thing.
Next week when I am taking the Ohio Achievement Test, these are the things that I need to do to get a better score. believe it or not I am actually scared to take this test. This encouraged me to try my best no matter how hard it is.
When I looked at the guy with no legs or no arms I felt sad that he couldn't do some of the things we can. But I do know that if he tries enough he will eventually be able to do most of the things we can.
The main point is when you fail at something you might be good at always try again because if you don't try you wont succeed.

Sarah said...

I feel bad for that guy, but I will do what he said. If I fail at something I'm not going to give up I'm going to try and try till I get it.
I'm never going to give up ever again. If a guy with no legs or arms doesn't give up and is willing to try as many times it takes so am I.
The OAA is coming up soon and I can't fail that my goal is to get 100% on that. It might not happen but I'll try my hardest.

Kylie said...

The man in this video is good at motivating people to never give up. If you feel as if you will fail the OAA, this video will help you realize that if you do not try and you don't answer the question then you will have a 0 percent chance of getting the answer correct, but if you give it your best shot you will have a 25 percent chance of getting the answer correct. There is a big difference between 0 percent chance and 25 percent chance.

So remember it does not help to give up on something. If you try 100 times and give up you will never learn to do it, but if you keep trying you will eventually get it right or succeed.

Noah said...

This video was so sad and motivating. And I will never give up again just for watching this video. He never gave up and he did not have and limbs but his "Drum Stick". He can do every thing that we can he's just a little different.

Logan W. said...

To me that video was very real because I know some people who are like that. This video is based on falling down and getting back up.

When I fall I always get back up. But thinking how this guy is, with no arms or legs, he tries harder than anyone to get back up.

I think that if you try hard enough, you can do anything. That is shown by this man.

I will never see getting back up after you fall the same because its very easy for us to do that but it's very hard for disabled people.

Thank you for showing me that if you put enough effort and never give up, you can do anything.

Kirsten said...

This video was really inspiring. It's amazing how people can do incredible things! Nick Vujici is a amazing and inspiring person. I just can't believe someone with no limbs can do that but I guess it proves that with motivation you can do almost anything.

But yes, I am motivated for success. But I am also scared and worried that I will do bad on the OAA. But I will do what Nick said, be motivated and keep trying even if you have to try a hundred times over. So I know if I don't know an answer to an OAA question I will keep trying to figure it out!

And yes, I believe I have what it takes to do my best. I will give 100%. I will go over all the questions on the OAA. And of course I will do my best on other stuff! When the OAA comes I will spend the WHOLE two and a half hours on it. I will always try and never give up!

This is a great motivation video! I think he is right on saying to never give up, or don't let failing before stop you on seceding in the future. Not only on taking the OAA but everything we do. During the OAA test I am going to try my hardest cause I want to get a good grade. Just like the guy said if you fall try to get back up. And if you can't get up don't stop trying never give up.

When I take the test I am going to use all the hours I can. If I get done early I will check over it. If I don't know how to do a question I will skip it and come back to that question. I will never give up. I will listen to the guy I won't give up.

This video is really motivational! If I fell, I wont just stay on the ground I am going to get back up no matter what it takes.

He did not give up. He has no arms or legs and still has the motivation to make himself get up no matter how long it takes.

It would be very hard to do that. you have noting balance you he has to use his head. I think that if you motivate yourself you can do almost anything.

Sometimes I climb a tree and think that the branch is to high or I cant pull myself up. But I try to push myself self to think that I cant leave until I get it. I try to push myself like that.

Ok first of all I just want to say that guy was amazing and his speech almost had me in tears. I think that he is so inspiring. If I had no arms or legs I provably wouldn't be strong and happy as he is.

There's one thing that made me mad though when my class was watching this video someone (not going to say names) was laughing as if this was a comedy. I gave him really mean look because that's so rude to do that to someone especially not to that guy.

Here watch this but be warned this video is very sad but inspiring.

When I watched this video, I honestly got teary eyed. It's so said to see a guy with no arms or legs. The thing is, I've seen this video before, or something like it.

When I was in Fourth Grade, my teacher showed up this video called "No Arms, No Legs, No Worries". This same guy was in the video telling us about that you don't need to worry about the bad things. Just keep going.

In this video, he was talking about never giving up. And I'm sure we all need it for the OAA coming up in a week. This video really made me feel batter about the test. Besides, its one test out of a bunch of tests your going to have in your life.

The main idea of this video is to never give up and keep trying or else. . .you'll never achieve that goal. So don't give up, keep going.

I think that whenever and wherever I fail I can always try again no matter how many mistakes I have made or done in the past I know I can truly make it with my strength and courage.

That man truly opened my eyes towards my life. Knowing that he has no arms or legs and I do? Yea I can get up and have to courage too if he can.

Just by that video I think I can pass the Ohio Achievement Test. I now and always will have courage to pass the test.

When I saw him first my heart sunk like a ships anchor gong down to sea. I wanted to cry in the classroom and let my feeling flow. I did not have this much courage at first. But now? Wow. He has filled me up to the top.

That man has changed my life to a whole new start and level it's just is unbelievable.

That is what I think.

I watched this video and was inspired to never give up. Nick Vujcic has no arms or legs and still won't give up. I normally give up after ten tries but he inspired me to never do that again. On the OAA if I don't know a question I just go to the next but now I won't go on until I know the answer. nick had a positive attitude that is why he never gave up. I don't always have a positive attitude but from now on I will.

now that I have seen this video I know that I will never give up ever again. I know for sure I will pass the OAA as long as I never give up.

This video was really sad because the guy had no arms and had no legs but he could still get up in the end. Also he is to never give up or you will not succeed. Now that got me thinking about the OAA that is coming up next week. I usually try my best but on the practice OAA I got finished early. And I know I didn't give it my all.

On this OAA I am going to try my best and take the whole two and half hours on it and I am going to go back and check my work. To be completely honest I don't check it that good. But this time it is going to be different also when I am stuck on a question I usually give up and just quit trying.

Now that I have watched this video it has made me think a little more. I am not going to give up I am going to use the whole two and a half hours so I can try and get a good grade on it. I have been kind of nervous about it but if I don't give up I am sure to succeed. Never Give Up !!!!

Sarah said...

After watching this video I feel that you can do anything if you just set your mind to it. With the OAA coming around very soon I feel that I really can't second guess myself. I have to stay confident and believe that I can pass this test. I may not thought that I could pass all year, because everything was new and harder to deal with than when we were in 5th grade.

In 4 days I will be setting in the classroom for 2 and a half hours taking this test. But when I open the test booklet and remember this video. Thinking that if I second guess myself and have doubts than I won't succeed.

Another way I will remember this video will be this weekend at my teams volleyball tournament in Cincinnati. I will remember that I have doubts that we won't win anything then we won't. But if we all keep an open mind about everything and not have doubts we will!

I think this video is really sad. It just shows you to not give up on whatever it is you want to give up on. I just think this guy is strong he may not look strong, but nobody understands that you dont need muscle to be strong or to get up all you need to do is not give up. That is like most of the kids at school they act strong and tough and say o I am going to kick your butt, but they know that they wont do it. So this guy can really teach you a lot, especially for the people that act tough, and I am not trying to be a hypocrite because I act tough and say I will do something but I know I am not going to do it. So this guy is a really smart guy and I think it is sweet that he will teach us that we dont need to give up. You might make fun of him because he is missing his arms and legs but I hope you know you are nothing different than he is other than you have already given up on yourself.

This video is one of the most motivational videos I have ever seen. About 6 years ago when I was diagnosed with diabetes I felt like him when he fell down. I felt like I was at a dead end at a road. I didn't want to go back to school because I thought that all the kids would make fun of me. But that video was amazing. When it comes time for the OAA I be ready.

After watching this Guy getting up by himself wit no arms and no legs was amazing. He has changed my whole life now knowing that I can do this test as long as I work hard enough for it. Because everyone can do there best but we have to keep trying. So I'm going to do my best to pass this test and if I don't I can just keep trying. I know everybody can try to because I have seen it but not just me that has saw it all of your teachers have seen it to all the way up to preschool.

I had almost cried in class today because I have been saying almost my whole life that I cant do things and I have seen this guy and it shocked me what he can do and what I have been saying I cant do is like putting thread in a needle.I mean this is silly but what he did was awesome and shocking. Thank you teachers for all of you help and all of your advice for this test.

I will always remember that I can do anything I put my mind to. And I'm going to tell other kids upstairs what he did and now what they can do and I know that this will most likely help them on the test also.

I almost teared up when I saw this video. This video makes me think about what it'd be like to have no arms or no legs. I think I've actually seen a video like this in my fourth grade class.

Really, this video helps me a lot actually. I've had trouble on some of my math tests, on video games, on LEGO creations, and on other stuff. But I never gave up. I kept trying. Even though it may take me 100 times just to beat one level or take me forever to make a LEGO MOC (My Own Creation), I still keep trying. And if you give up, you'll never achieve anything. Trying 100 times is better than doing nothing.

It really helps me to do better on the OAA Reading and Math tests coming up next week cause I need to do the best I can. I don't need to have the top #1 score, but I'll try.

It's OK if it takes you a while to do something even if your friends have finished it already. Just keep trying or else you can't do it at all. So keep trying.

The courage that this video has left with me is really strong. After what all the man in the video has faced I know that if I fall down while taking the OAA, that I will be able to get right back up again. Then keep on going with my life. This is some courage that I will use for the rest of my life. The video was very inspirational, and motivating. I bet it will encourage a lot of people in this sixth grade hall will be more encouraged.

That is my feeling about this video.

That video was really inspiring because if that guy can get up without having his arms or legs if that guy can get up by himself I think everybody can pass the OAA. That video was also a inspirational message because no matter how hard it is he keeps on trying and trying. The guy there was mostly saying to the kids is if I can do it anyone can do it. I could see by the kids faces is that some of the kids there does not pick them self up when they fall down or when they can`t do something they just give up and stop trying. At the end of the video the kids were inspired by the man and wanted to start trying harder. The guy was also a inspiration to me because if I think my life is hard that guys life is probably ten times harder than mine. Think about it, the phrase a walk in the park means easy but to him it means a really hard effort because he can`t walk he has to wabble through the park.

Watching this video reminds me of a book I'm reading. Its called The Running Dream in book the girl loves running and then she loses her leg and realizes that she cant run but she has to find hope. I realized that you have to have hope and beleave in what you do. If you don't then everything becomes impossible. When I first saw him I wanted to cry because of how sorry I felt for him. He has to have alot of hope to be able to do that because after he lost his limbs he didn't stop there he moved on with his life. He didn't let that bump in the road stop him from doing stuff. Now he encourages people to have hope and beleave in them self's and that they can do anything if they have hope.

When I fail to do something I try it over and over to get back up and if you are in school and if you fall down then all the kids are going to do is laugh at you for it and i don"t think you want laugh at and i don't want you to get laugh at either because then you probably wont have any friends because they will all be laughing at you about it. Just think about that guy do you want to end up like him because I don"t. http://www.youtube.com/watch.

Watching this video mad me sad and made me think of how grateful I am for just the little things. It also showed me to appreciate what I have. Because something so simple like legs or arms could be nothing special for us, but for this man it would mean the world.

I think if you always give it 100% and keep trying any obstacle that crosses your path you can overcome that obstacle. Just like the man in the video said, "no matter if you try 100 times and fail 100 times keep trying." But there are sometimes when you just want to give up but you have to give it all you got.

This man has motivated me, encouraged me and inspired me. If I was in his place I don't know if I would have the strength to do what he does. He has everything anyone would ever want, courage, strength, hope and believes in himself. That man in the video most importantly believes in himself. That's what you have to do most of all believe in yourself and give it all you got. There's a saying that I was taught it's, " if you don't believe in yourself then no one is gonna believe in you."

On the OAA I think everyone needs to be like this man. Keep going, never give up and hope. That is like a strategy that is simple but can make such a huge impact. I know for sure that I'll use this strategy on the OAA. I have no doubt in my mind that this will help you ! That is what I think.

When I am in sports or anything I never give up. Because to me not giving up means that you are strong and you are willing to do anything.

Last year I could not make a 2 pointer so I practiced and practiced even when I was sweating I could barely walk I practiced for hours and hours, now I make a 2 pointer every shot.

When ever I see somebody give up I think they are just quitters and do not believe in their selves. My little sister Daisy quits on everything. But she is just quitting on herself. I believe that nobody can make you not to give up you have to make that choice and to have hope.

I believe that hope makes you strong and makes you grow into a strong kind of person.
